We ordered a bouncy castle last minute for my 4 yr old. It was an excellent experience. The company were responsive and helpful. The castle turned up when they said it would. Pick up was speedy and everyone was very pleasant to deal with. My 4 yr old loved his unicorn castle. The tricky bit was explaining that it had to go home to bouncy castle land.

Rented a disco dome in July, had had to cancel a couple of times due to Covid delays to communion. Dave had been very accommodating all the way through. Arrived promptly, great quality product, quick install, and good explanation of controls and safety requirements. Kids had a blast. Good communication, pleasant and knowledgeable people. My little boy is a huge Spider-Man fan and I wanted a spider-man bouncy castle for his birthday. I must have called every rental place for miles with no luck, they were booked out everywhere for the date I needed it. Dave’s was also booked… but he was so kind and helpful, he suggested a superhero alternative which had a Spider-Man on it and patiently looked at photos and measurements of the garden for me, to figure out where it might fit. They dropped off, set up and collected, in a relaxed and efficient way and couldn’t have been nicer. It was all very much appreciated, they’ve been highly recommended to friends and family and we‘ll be in touch to book again (with plenty of advance notice!) next time. Cheers Dave.
